Here’s a collection of each year’s halftime shows, since 1955. (Scripts from 1919-1954 have faded into the mists of time, or maybe our dog ate them.)

After decades of discarding used pregame scripts, we think that we’ve found a better use for them. Why should our pregames end up decomposing at the bottom of a landfill somewhere in New Jersey, when they can clutter up the Web instead? In an attempt to preserve the wit, the spontaneity, and the utter desperation evident in these hastily-written performances, we are proud to release these scripts for your enjoyment.
Liner Notes and Copyright
If somehow an old script, pre-game or half-time, is rotting away in your attic (instead of in a landfill), we would be grateful if you would contribute a copy so that we may add it to this compilation.
This collection of pre-game shows is fondly dedicated to fast writing, Harry’s Luncheonette, and of course, The Double-Double Rotating P.
This collection of haltime shows was compiled from the Band Archives beginning in the Fall of 1985. We have attempted to reproduce these shows exactly as they appeared in the records; however, in many cases the scripts in the archives were rought drafts or incomplete. In addition, many shows are missing. We welcome the contributions of any Band alumni who could supply corrections or additions.
We’ve made these scripts available for your personal viewing pleasure. You may print a copy of them for your own personal use; you may not redistribute or sell them. If you try to sell them, or steal them, or otherwise do something not nice with them, you’ll feel the wrath of our awesome thermonuclear capability. To put it in legal terms, all of these scripts above and below are Copyright © 1985-2006, Friends of Tiger Band. All rights reserved.
